VMC Protocol Receiving Support​

We plan to support receiving motion from sources other than VirgoMotion (any app that speaks VMCProtocol).

  • The streaming app will be able to run without VirgoMotion.
  • Accordingly, a VirgoMotion license will not be required when driven by VMC input.
  • VirgoMotion's own capture remains subject to licensing.

Timeline Playback​

We plan to add a feature to play back pre-prepared motion, camera work, and effects on a timeline.

  • Useful for signature scenes during a stream, or for automated stream openings/endings.
  • The plan is to base it on Unity's Timeline and allow playback control from the Remote app.
